Home (administrator view)

After logging in as administrator, you start on the home page . You can access a number of options via the tiles. You can customise this page individually and decide which tiles are displayed. The following tiles will be shown to you as the standard configuration:

  • Wallboards: Create and manage your wallboards. Unlike real-time monitoring, wallboards are customisable. They allow monitoring under selected viewpoints. You can create as many wallboards as you want. Wallboards are convenient for public display on a common screen.
  • Realtime: Real-time monitoring enables the analysis of current queue and agent activities. The presented data reflects the ongoing activity on your PBX and is constantly updated. This page allows you to keep an eye on and administer queues, skills and agents in an open window. The page is static and not customisable.
  • Reports: Reports enable you to evaluate queues, skills and agents synchronised with your PBX.
  • News: Here you can find the link to the NMQ manual.
  • Synchronizer: Use the synchronizer to match the status of queues and skills on your PBX. Synchronisation is necessary whenever you have changed, created or deleted skills or queues within the PBX.
  • Settings: Click on the gear wheel icon in the upper right-hand corner to open the Settings menu. It is divided into Configuration, System Administration, and Diagnostics:
    • Configuration: The settings under Configuration represented the core customisation options for your NMQ setup. As an administrator, you can manage the users and user classes, as well as queues, agents, and locations. The option to set the parameters for your reports is also available for supervisors and agents with self-reporting.
    • System Administration: As an administrator, you can access the system file logs, such as View Audit Logs or the Mysql storage.
    • Diagnostics: Advanced diagnostic tools for, for example, RAM caching or data configuration.
